Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders cannot be delivered internationally at this time.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET are usually prepared the same day.
- As an online-only store, all products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses. We do not operate a physical storefront.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
- Method: Standard Ground Shipping (USPS or UPS).
- Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days after processing.
- Lightweight cordless vacuums may arrive slightly sooner, while upright models may take the full delivery window.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or peak season demand.
Total Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time (1–2 business days) + Transit Time (3–5 business days), for a total of approximately 4–7 business days.

- Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- You can follow your package in real time through the carrier’s website.
- If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days, please contact us.
Delivery Issues
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, first check your tracking link. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team.
