Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:
- The vacuum must be unused and free from signs of wear (e.g., dust in the canister, clogged filters, scratches from floor use).
- Original packaging, manuals, filters, charging cables, and attachments (such as pet hair tools) must be included.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Vacuum cleaners that have been used on carpets, floors, or with visible debris inside.
- Products missing essential parts or accessories.
- Items returned after the 30-day period.
- Any product not in its original condition due to misuse or accidental damage.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at support@amandalouiseco.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective or damaged. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect product). For safe delivery, please use a trackable shipping method.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your vacuum:
- We’ll confirm the condition within 2 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your vacuum arrives damaged (e.g., cracked housing, motor not working, or missing HEPA filter), please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different model (for example, upgrading from a corded stick vacuum to a cordless version), please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
