All Amandalouiseco vacuum cleaners are covered by a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use.

What is Covered

• Battery issues occurring during regular operation.

What is Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence.
• Normal wear and tear, including filters or brushes.

How to Claim Warranty

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions for repair, replacement, or refund.

Replacement or Repair

For eligible warranty claims, we will provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost. Shipping costs for sending defective items to our warehouse will be covered by us.
